The fine print
These terms govern your use of Blue Collar Tobacco and any purchase you make from us. The site is operated by Blue Collar Tobacco LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (PA entity no. 15263502) — “we” and “us” below. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Blue Collar Tobacco sells tobacco products. You must be at least 21 years old to view this site, create an account, or buy from us. By continuing, you represent that you are 21 or older and that buying tobacco is legal where you live and where your order ships. You confirm your age at checkout, and we don't sell to anyone under 21.
Our products are intended for personal use by adults. We ship only within the United States, and only to states where we can lawfully ship cigars to consumers today — we do not ship to states that prohibit direct-to-consumer cigar sales or that require a license, permit, or age-verification service we do not yet hold. The current list of states we cannot ship to is on our Shipping page, and checkout will not accept an address in one of them. You are responsible for any taxes or restrictions that apply where you live.
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and are calculated by us at checkout — order totals, discounts, and any wholesale pricing are determined on our side, not from values sent by your browser. We may correct errors, limit quantities, or refuse or cancel any order (including after it's placed) — for example, if a product is mispriced, out of stock, or if we can't confirm you're of legal age or a lawful delivery destination. If we cancel a paid order, we'll refund it.
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. Loyalty points have no cash value, can't be transferred or sold, and may be adjusted or expired if an order is cancelled, returned, or obtained through abuse. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms.
Shipping methods, timing, and restrictions are described in our Shipping Policy. Because tobacco is a consumable product, returns are limited — see our Returns Policy for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Don't resell our products without an approved wholesale account, misuse the site, or buy on behalf of anyone under 21. Don't attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the site.
Tobacco products carry serious health risks. The site and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, Blue Collar Tobacco is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
